Project Details

‍The FPSO BW Maromba project entails thorough inspection and reporting on various components and systems. This includes over 1800 lines inspected, 400+ pieces of equipment evaluated, and extensive NDT and UTM tasks. The project also involves creating a central file database, developing inspection plans and checklists, and conducting detailed engineering and design tasks to ensure the vessel meets all necessary standards and requirements.

Scope of Work

• Conducted condition assessment with over 1800 lines and 400+ pieces of equipment inspected, including static and rotating equipment.
• Performed detailed inspections such as UTM on 59 vessels/heaters and NDT on primary and secondary structures.
• Developed RLE, demolition, conversion, and accommodation scopes of work based on assessments and reviews.
• Created piping ISOs, MTOs, and inspected electrical motors and field instruments.
• Completed ABS pre-condition survey and NORM removal from slops.
• Generated customized inspection plans, checklists, and suitability assessment matrices for ICSS systems and marine suitability.
• Developed codes and standards, and established a central file database.
• Conducted pre-bid engineering, FEED verification, detail engineering, process simulation, safety studies, and 3D modeling.
